We are looking for a Night Janitorial Supervisor. The position will begin as Part Time and will eventually be Full Time Responsibilities of a Night Supervisor: The Field Manager is responsible for training new employees on job cards, safety trainings, janitorial protocols, dress codes, and expectations. As part of the responsibilities, field managers build and establish good customer relationship by assisting field personnel in avoiding obstacles associated with operational policies and procedures. This position is required to continuously monitor customer satisfaction level to make sure company operations meet client requirements. Find coverage for absent employees Submit Daily Payroll Reports Submit Nightly Security Reports (If Necessary) Perform Nightly Inspections and report any issues to immediate supervisor. Completion of Daily Work Orders and update Servi-Trak Complete any special requests and report to immediate supervisor. Perform weekly inventories and submit them to immediate supervisor Train new employees and retrain employees with low performance issues. Oversee employee’s individual Epay clock ins,, lunches and breaks.
