Oriana House is hosting a hiring event on April 7th from 11 am to 2 pm at our Training Center (833 Carroll St. Akron, OH 44305).
Oriana House provides quality and humane chemical dependency treatment and community corrections services to clients while contributing to safer communities.
Special focus will be placed on the following positions:
• Recovery Coaches:
Recovery coaches provide coaching and support to clients as challenges arise from everyday activities. They perform outreach work with clients and engage hard-to-reach individuals into recovery-related activities.
• Resident Supervisors:
Resident Supervisors are responsible for the direct supervision of clients in the facility. They monitor and interact with clients to help reduce recidivism and make a difference in their lives. Candidates should have a strong interest in working in community corrections or helping individuals who are facing issues with substance abuse and should have great interpersonal communication skills
