Description
This morning my friend's Service Dog was stolen near Frio St. A police officer witnessed someone in a gray Jeep taking the dog, but the officer did nothing about it.
If anyone has information about the dog please contact me day or night.
The owner is in great distress. Please help.
I am willing to give someone a reward for the safe return of this dog.
