If you have grading experience utilizing machinery for a variety of tasks including earthwork, loading vehicles, placing materials, compacting, back filling and grading operations to specified grade safely, then give COLD IRON EXCAVATION INC a call. ** Must have at least 2 years’ experience with Excavator, Dozer, Skid Steer and Loader. Snow plowing experience is a plus. ** Performs routine maintenance of equipment checking fluid levels, maintaining tire pressure and changing implements and attachments. ** Position may require long hours as necessary to meet deadlines. Must be flexible as schedules can change rapidly, able and willing to work in all types of inclement weather, long hours and weekends as necessary based on deadlines and storm systems. **Must be able to work independently and be a team player, create a positive environment and have good communication skills. Be able to operate within established procedures and practices associated with a specific job or task, take and follow directions as given. ** Position does require manual labor, some hand digging and the ability to lift 75 lbs. **Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation. ** Wage depends on skills, experience and production. **Must reside in the Gallatin Valley due to quick response time during plow season.
