New Castle Installs is a home remodeling company that has been operating locally in the Treasure Valley over the last 4 years. It's a locally owned business that won the Angie's List Super Service Award in both 2018 and 2019. As a growing company, there is plenty of room for advancement. We are looking for entry level sales employees to help expand our reach. No knowledge, or previous experience required. We are willing to train for this position and teach the skills needed to advance in the industry. We start at $18.00 and an aggressive bonus program. A Canvasser for New Castle Installs is a salesperson who conducts door-to-door lead generation for the company's sales team. Like other cold-call sales, Canvassers for New Castle Installs will present what New Castle Installs can offer the client, make their sales pitch, and offer any additional upsells. Their duties can include, gathering information, generating leads, and securing commitments from possible clients. They will report back to headquarters and inform the call center with possible clients and leads.
