ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains the cleanliness and order of the site Assist Facilities Manager as needed Mowing grounds with attention to detail Preventative maintenance on maintenance equipment as needed Operate Water Truck, Forklift and little tractor.
