ABOUT US: Carolina Crust was established in 2019 as a Mobile Eatery, aiming to change the catering-based food truck scene here in the Raleigh-Durham area. Our rig is a fabricated 1976 International Harvester truck. The bed of our truck has been custom outfitted with four beer taps, a servsafe prep area, and a wood-fired Mugnaini oven. Our forte is Artisan/Neapolitan pizza – we hand make our dough and curate many of our ingredients in house. We serve everything from weddings, baby showers, neighborhood block parties, corporate events, birthdays, graduation parties, and more – the options are endless! We are more than just a food truck – we provide our patrons with a customized and personal experience for each event. We currently have several part-time openings for in areas of cooking/baking, food preparation, and customer experience staff. Prior pizza and/or dough-making experience is not required, but nice to have. The majority of our events are catering event based. The optimal candidate for the position will have flexibility to work weekdays and/or weekends as needed. The events are typically held within an hour radius of the Raleigh-Durham area and usually require 3-5 hours at the event location. As we continue to grow, full time opportunities will likely arise.
