Putting together a band to write, record, and perform original music

Looking for players and singers for a vocal oriented all original band. No set genre. I have the space and the gear for rehearsals, recording, and performance. I am a multi-instrumentalist, vocalist with a bunch of road and studio experience. Please respond via email and if you have a sample of your work (does not have to be original), please attach it so I can hear it before I reach back out. The plan would be to gather once a week as a group. Drummers, before you respond, please understand that we will be using a high end Roland electronic drum kit for all rehearsals and recording and maybe even performances. I take down at least eight tracks of drums. Kick, Snare, Hi hat, Ride cymbal, and a left/right Tom mix and a left/right Cymbal (minus the ride and hat) mix. If you have your own high end electronic kit, so much the better. The ability to keep drums out of the vocal mics is very important to the project. For the guitar, keys, and bass players, the objective is to have everything going direct with no amp sounds bleeding into the vocal mics. We will use headphones and/or in ear monitors for rehearsals and recording, and in ears and wedges for performances. Again, this is all to keep incongruent sound from getting to the vocal mics.
