Looking for an Account Manager to operations in the Elgin school district Account Manager: Job Summary Position is responsible for participating in and management of the cleaning process as well as supervision of staff in the routine cleaning of all areas of the building and policing of grounds. Essential Duties Plans, participates in and oversees work of all facility leads, by maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. Provide training for facility leads and employees assigned locations. Ensures compliance of laws and procedures of RNA. Monitors and reports the timekeeping records of facility leads. Helps in the assignment, scheduling, and training of custodial staff. Check equipment reports to ensure proper operation; report the need for repairs Check inventory reports of cleaning supplies; deliver small quantities of supplies when necessary Physically walk entire building externally and internally and check/note any quality issues; Take remedial action for items found if applicable Ensure facility leads/supervisors and employees have necessary equipment and supplies to carry out their tasks Respond to Quality issues as required. Talk with facility leads and Director of Operations and update on any building issues Inspects work of facility leads and onsite custodial staff. Evaluates the performance of the custodial staff on a regular basis. Strives constantly to promote the safety, health and comfort of the students and employees. Perform Quality Assurance inspections and periodic walk-through with key clients. Model non-discriminatory practices in all activities. Conduct account manager performance evaluations Manage PTO and coordinate substitutions Assist with account start-ups Other Duties Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Vice President, Chief Operations Officer or appropriate administrator. *Equal Opportunity Employer *Background Authorization and Fingerprinting Required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
