Description

We are looking for a person with general construction and real estate development experience to join a high growth project specializing in developing small industrial buildings. Much have some basic tools, construction knowledge, ability to drive machinery, and a valid drivers license. We can use someone part time or full time but must have some availability during normal business hours for meetings with contractors and officials. This would be a 1099 independent contractor position. Prefer to have someone in the St Charles area but not required. Please email me if interested and we can set up a call.
