Hi we have some 3/4 tongue and groove oak we'd like refinished. About 600sf downstairs between two rooms and the entry hall, then another 700sf upstairs between the three bedrooms and hallway. Floors are in good shape with little finish remaining, no paint or dark stain, furniture is gone and quarter round removed. We've also removed tack strips and staples from carpet. Shouldn't need any repairs just sanded and natural finish. If you are interested please let me know a bit about your crew including what equipment you use and pictures/website would be great.
