Angela's Green Cleaning is an earth-friendly house cleaning company who has been making homes sparkle since 2008. We are hiring for an employee position (W2) to work with amazing and appreciative clients in the SEATTLE and SHORELINE areas. Check out our 5 star rating on Yelp. Do you enjoy active and independent work? Are you detail oriented? Part-time starts at $20/hr with increases at 3 months and 1 year, to $24/hr. You'll also earn client TIPS in addition to the hourly wage. We are currently looking for someone who can work PART-TIME during weekday hours, but FULL-TIME possible within 3 months if desired. For part-time, at least 2 full days per week or 4 half days required. Covid Precautions: PPE is provided. No cleaning in homes with sick persons (we observe at a minimum the CDC requirements for isolation/quarantine). Clients are required to isolate, be out of the house, or social distance during the cleaning. Masks worn according to your and your client's preference (starting 3/21/22 masking is on request of employee or client, rather than required). If you prefer masking your clients must also mask. Full time can earn up to $30/hr PLUS tips, paid vacation, paid holidays, health insurance, and a matching retirement plan. No experience necessary, but experienced cleaners are a plus! WHO WE ARE: Be part of a small earth-friendly housecleaning business helping our clients to enjoy their homes. We have been in business for over 14 years, have an established customer base, and are continually growing. We serve regularly scheduled clients (our specialty and the majority of our work is maintenance cleaning) so you will have a regular and predictable schedule. Because this is an employee position rather than sub-contract, you receive employee benefits such as unemployment and medicare, have all supplies provided, are covered by our business insurance, AND get benefits like paid time off, health insurance, and a retirement plan. Other companies include tips or quality bonuses in their advertised wages saying their pay "adds up to" their advertised wage, but WE advertise your base wage, on top of which you earn 100% of tips and benefits. Companies who ask you to provide your own supplies are hiring you as subcontractors which means you need your own business insurance and pay your own state and city taxes, as well as self-employment taxes, which substantially decreases the wages they advertise. We care about the environment and the health of our staff and clients, so only earth-friendly cleaning products are used! No evenings. Only earth-friendly cleaning products are used so you won't be exposed to any harsh chemicals!
