We have an immediate opening in Springfield, Missouri, for a full time rental maintenance position. Hours are 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Daily duties will include servicing occupied units, and helping us prepare vacant units through the rental process. We furnish all the supplies needed. We need daily general maintenance as well as remodeling units as needed. We are hoping to find a team member with a strong skill set to compliment the rest of our remodeling team. Skills we are looking for include carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repairs. You will need your own licensed and insured pickup truck, a valid driver license, and a clean criminal background. Hourly salary is negotiable, according to your skills and experience. We pay weekly, with all appropriate taxes withheld, and W-2's are issued at years end. This is not a contract labor position, but is instead full time, year round employment.
