Ok, so I'm moving, wanted to transfer my internet to new place. Now spectrum says there is an open account currently there and they cant transfer mine. I was on the phone over an hour, they asked me to email a newly signed lease, which i did. They say that what I sent was rejected. This is a lease thru RHA, a senior apt. So i asked what more they wanted, the lady said the lease. What i sent is headed at top by "contractual lease", signed and dated by myself and RHA. They wont say why thats not acceptable, so im done being a customer after 12 yrs. My question out here, does anyone have ATT or TMOBILE internet. Just wondering which is better. I have read reviews online of both, they are both good and bad. The only ATT service available at my new place is the slowest, 768kbs, I don't do much on the internet, just emails, YouTube and small stuff. I do have Roku, but don't watch many movies, just live tv. Any help would be appreciated thank you BTW.....fuck Spectrum
