Qualifications -Expert in rebar and rough form carpentry -5+ years in concrete construction in a supervisory role **We know that a company's success starts with its employees **We also know that an individual's success starts with the right career opportunity Responsibilities -Superintendent will oversee multiple commercial concrete projects in the Tampa area -Primary responsibility is to get the job set up properly, ensure materials are on site, materials for the next day are ordered, and layout of the forms is accurate -60-70% of the work is concrete foundations, slabs, columns, and beams -Concrete, Construction, Carpentry, rebar, masonry, structural concrete, commercial construction, tilt up, concrete foundation, construction layout, rough carpentry -concrete construction concrete, foundation concrete, columns construction layout -Proven ability to read plans, do take offs for materials and start project layout and ensure layouts are accurate prior to pouring Full description -Superintendent will oversee multiple commercial concrete projects in the Orlando area -Primary responsibility is to get the job set up properly, ensure materials are on site, materials for the next day are ordered, and layout of the forms is accurate. -60-70% of the work is concrete foundations, slabs, columns, and beams. -Concrete, Construction, Carpentry, rebar, masonry, structural concrete, commercial construction, tilt up, concrete foundation, construction layout, rough carpentry -concrete construction concrete, foundation concrete, columns construction, layout -5+ years in concrete construction in a supervisory role. -Proven ability to read plans, do take offs for materials and start project layout and ensure layouts are accurate prior to pouring Expert in rebar and rough form carpentry $70-90k BOE and Knowledge *Please provide resume and references for consideration.
