Participate in a study to help us understand differences in Personality Styles and Earn up to $510! We are looking for volunteers for a multi-part study assessing personality types. Individuals must be healthy adults, with no known medical conditions, who speak English as their first language. We are looking for both men and women between the ages of 25 and 60. Phase 1: Complete online personality questionnaires – $75 • Applicants must be able to participate in online questionnaires which will take approximately 1 hour to complete. Phase 2: Visit University of Pennsylvania lab for recording tasks – $275 • Accepted applicants must be able to participate in an in-person visit to our research building at 3600 Market St, Philadelphia for 2-3 hours during the work week. All research staff and participants must take a COVID-19 pre-health screening and will be situated in separate rooms equipped with air purifiers during recording. Phase 3: Participate in recorded phone calls on a range of topics – up to $160 • Applicants must be willing to hold eight 10-minute phone calls with another applicant. $10 per call plus an additional $80 if all calls have been completed. • Individuals will be responsible for providing their own transportation for the in-person visit. All of the tasks involve taking surveys and answering questions, engaging in conversation, or solving problems.
