Luxury multifamily community is looking to hire a full time porter
to maintain the grounds of the community.
Job responsabilities:
1. Pick up trash around the buildings, swimming pool, breezeways and dumpster areas.
2. Pressure wash pool deck and building breezeways.
3. Arrange to be presentable for touring the swimming pool furniture.
4. Pick up grounds and pet park and supply the doggy pop stations with bags.
5. Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, AC filters, locks, making keys, minor paint.
6. Assist with netting the swimming pool for leaves and floating debris.
7. Do trash outs of vacant apartments upon move out, including trash, furniture and personal belongings.
8. Assist maintenance technicians with other duties.
Requirements:
1. Be able to lift heavy things and stand outdoor heat to work outside during the summer.
2. Have reliable transportation and a current drivers license.
3. No criminal background. Must pass background and drug test.
Starting Salary: 15 Dollars per hour.
