We are actively looking to hire a construction manager/Restoration Manager for our growing business. In this managerial role you will be: *Overseeing mitigation and restoration jobs that come in. *Provide training and direction to staff * Direct and ensure proper coordination of all restoration department administrative affairs. * Determine feasibility of work, based on insurance coverage and nature of damage. * Field customers questions and concerns, resolve all issues, working with appropriate staff. * Build relationships with field adjusters and commercial clients. Qualifications: * IICRC WRT certification preferred but not required. * Management Experience of technicians * Strong communication skills & relationship skills. * Good computer skills * Must be able to pass background check *Must have a valid drivers licence
