***Concrete Laborer/Finisher or Troweling Experience***

Flecks Systems, Inc., installs thermoplastic rubber surfacing systems applied on and around pool decks, walkways, splash pads, zero entry pools, playgrounds, health & athletic clubs, and various other applications. We are looking to add to our installation team individuals who are: • Willing/Motivated to learn and grow with our business. • Responsible, Hardworking, Dependable, Honest, Trustworthy • Have a strong work ethic and pays attention to detail. • Able to travel out of state frequently during April – October. We are looking for laborers with experience in construction. No experience is okay, we will provide training for the right individual who is motivated and hardworking and is willing to learn. We are also looking for skilled candidates who have experience as masons/concrete finisher, tile/grout work or other types of troweling experience. Installations are completed throughout the United States and in some cases in other parts of the world. Travel is required for installations in the United States. Projects take anywhere from 2 - 8+ days to complete. There will be times when we will travel directly from one project to the next. Flecks Systems, Inc., will provide Airfare, Lodging, and a Per Diem for meals while traveling. 90% of work is completed outdoors in warm and hot weather. Work will be Part time. Our busy season runs from April through October. During these months, work will be mostly steady. Work could potentially turn into Full Time work as our company grows. Some warehouse work will also be available during days without installation work. Compensation: Laborer: $20.00+ per hour (depends on experience) Concrete Finisher or Troweling Experience: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (depends on experience) *Travel Expenses Paid for Out-of-State Work (Lodging, Airfare, Per Diem for Meals) Requirements: • Have a valid driver’s license and vehicle • Speak/Understand some English • Be willing to travel • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
