Part time maintenance help needed at 53-unit well-kept apartment complex. Duties will include general grounds up keep (picking up trash), flower planting and weeding of beds, painting, and whatever work order the maintenance supervisor may need help with. Hours are VERY FLEXIBLE, normally totaling up to 20 hours a week. This would be a great position for someone trying to work in a part time job around other responsibilities.
