Pleasant, energetic, strong work ethic, love to work with people, a multi-team player, interacting well with public, as well as the ability to function independently with a lot of self-motivation. Attention to detail and the ability to notice what needs to be done is a must. Assist with day to day duties, including moving furniture, repair work, drywall repair, painting & general labor including lawn and grounds care.) Reliable, respectful demeanor required. Must have high school diploma or GED, submit to a background check and ability to work various days including weekends and/or holidays as necessary. Applicant must have reliable transportation and drivers license. This is a physical position and requires lifting, bending, walking, pushing, climbing and standing. Must be able to lift 50 pounds without restriction.
