Property Preservation Vendor looking for a sub-contractor to complete work on properties going through the foreclosure process. Looking for coverage around the Rockford/Freeport area including Rochelle and Belvidere. Work includes grass cuts, winterizations, securing, debris removal and general handy man work. Must have a smart phone to take photos through an app which will be submitted to our client. Previous experience is a plus but not required. Current contractors include landscaping, junk hauling, handymen and construction companies looking to expand operations and generate additional revenue streams.
