Weatherization crew members and leaders. If you have residential construction or general home maintenance experience, you are probably qualified. Must be able to get around in attics. Must be able to work out of town for 2 to 4 days at a time around central Texas. Pay is based on skill level and experience. $14 to $20 dollars per hour.
