In search of a drummer for Grunge/Shoegaze band

I’m putting together a Grunge/Shoegaze band, we currently consist of a rhythm guitarist/vocalist (me) and a bass player. We’re looking for someone between 21-36 that’s committed to at least 1 or 2 practice sessions a week, preferably Friday through Sunday. Our main influences include Failure, Hum, Shiner, Swervedriver, My Bloody Valentine, Nirvana, Green Day, Alice In Chains, and early Smashing Pumpkins. We’ve got several demos recorded already so we’ll send them if you’re curious and want to get a better feel for our songs.
