Minimum Qualifications • Ability to communicate effectively • Positive attitude, able to work at a quick pace effectively and efficiently • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency • Prior scrap recycling/weighmaster experience a plus Work Schedule to Include: • Weekday (Monday-Friday) 07:45am- 4:00pm (Guaranteed 40 hour minimum) Description of Duties and Competencies • Ensures good customer relations • Must be able to work well under pressure. • Ability to work standing or walking for up to 8 hours per day • Control traffic patterns in yard • Willing to cross-train in other positions and assists other employees as needed • Flexible to occasionally work extra hours, weekends, holidays in an industrial environment which includes being outdoors (occasionally) in all weather conditions • Any other duties as assigned by the Manager Company Benefits We offer a competitive compensation & benefits package to include: Medical, Dental, Vacation, Paid Holidays, Bonus Potential & 401k match among other great benefits.
