I have part time work on Mondays (sometime Tuesdays) & Wednesdays during the day only. No weekends or nights. I'm looking for a "reliable" person to help with odd jobs that has basic skills in carpentry, their own tools, to maintain and enhance rental properties in Clifton and gives you an opportunity to learn real estate from an experienced landlord.
Living in or near Clifton is a plus.
We do background checks/ drug checks. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and a constant working cell phone with voicemail. No smoking while working. All properties are smoke free.
We’re a small company and are proud of our well maintained properties and expect you to be sharp.
