HELP Wanted - Retired / Semi-Retired Person for Estate Sale Prep, Sale, Staging Projects in Dallas Area. Each Project typically lasts 9 to 12 days, and most are located within 15 miles of the "Dallas High Five" intersection (LBJ Fwy & Hwy 75). Strongly prefer someone who lives within this area (Dallas, Richadson, Garland & Plano). If you enjoy project work that includes cleaning, de-cluttering, sorting and creatively organizing items to support team selling in residential settings, send Donna an email with a brief summary of your background. This is NOT a full-time permanent position as an employee. This is part-time and we typically start our workday at 10:00 am and work until about 6:00 pm during the week and it could involve working some Saturdays. Activities / Tasks May Include: Bagging, Boxing, Cleaning, De-Cluttering, Dragging, Labeling, Lugging, Organizing, Packing, Sorting, Staging, Sweeping, Vacuuming and Unpacking. Must be reasonably comfortable lifting or moving 20# to 40# bags, boxes, items or trash. Of course: the work involves lots of bending, sitting, standing, and stooping.
