Repair exterior of warehouse: front, back, side. Replace missing rafter boards and corrugated metal roof panels. Pressure wash exterior. Facia - replace rotted boards. Soffitt- replace rotted sheets. Trim- replace rotted sections. Add L-metal. Siding- overlay fresh siding. Block - tuck point cracks and holes. Doors- install seven man-doors. Dock impact beams - replace. Caulk all and prep for paint. -Block work and garage doors installed by others. Pay: $3,000 labor You will need to provide scaffolding or a lift. It’s 22’ from grade to roof peak.
