It’s the human condition not to give up.
There will be a lot of dates, a lot of people that don’t quite fit and other’s that almost fit— and we could swear they were the right/perfect partner.
My thoughts: go where you like to go and do what you like to do, you will find someone who has commonalities. If not, is it really the end of the world to live without romantic love? I know your heart says “yes,” but there is so much more to life than that state or that rejection.
Personally, I hug people now. I hated touching people before; but, we become touched starved after a while. Hug a friend, a co-worker, a parent 🦋
