Hello. We are the Carr Family. We live in the Queen Anne neighborhood, we have four children, all of whom came to us through foster care, and will be bringing on baby number 5 this year. As you can imagine, we need help. In particular, we need help with cleaning and laundry for 6-10 total hours a week. We'd like someone to come in two or three days a week for 3-4 hours at a time. You can choose a schedule that works for you as long as it is during weekday hours (we won’t need help on weekends or evenings). If you are interested in more hours, we have friends in the neighborhood who also could use assistance, and we can work with you to find a path to 20 hours a week. We will pay $25-30 per hour, depending on experience. Your key responsibilities will be cleaning and laundry. Optionally, if you are willing and able, we could also use occasional help with deep cleaning, organization, basic errands, and cooking. Note that these are less important. Strong English skills are not essential, as long as you can communicate the basics. If interested, please write to us and answer each of the following questions: 1.
