Description
NASHUA, NH — Animal encounters, mountain rescues, and crashes across some of the rugged terrain of New Hampshire can be expected in the new season of "North Woods Law" which airs on Animal Planet.
"North Woods Law" features New Hampshire Fish and Game conservation officers facing the round-the-clock challenges of the Granite State. Its 14th season starts at 9 p.m. on Oct. 11.
According to the network, the season premiere on Sunday will feature a nurse who, while hiking on Mount Monadnock in the southwestern part of the state, finds a severed finger leading New Hampshire State Police and conservation officers to conduct what turns out to be a harrowing investigation. In another segment, a conservation officer gets called to a child's school to assist with snapping turtles that were hatching on a playground.
The season features a climber who falls nearly 50 feet of a cliff face and conservation officers and biologists attempting to locate and capture a moose who was wandering downtown Nashua.
