My influences are Simple Plan, Green Day, State Champs, Blink 182, Fall Out Boy, REO Speedwagon. But I'm willing to play almost anything. I have professional equipment including a self contained in ear monitor system. I have reliable transportation as well. I also play guitar but prefer being a stand alone front man. I'm not looking for anything too serious at this point, looking to jam maybe a few shows and if we click and have something go from there. Hit me up, willing to talk to almost anyone. Passionate musical hobbyists with day jobs. No big drinkers or smokers. Family friendly vibe. No one plays a song they don’t like. No old originals from another band. Each person’s personal/musical goals and limits discussed and understood by every other member; at the very beginning and also from time to time as we go along. Aren’t you tired of Karaoke? We are a five piece Rock and Roll Cover Band of talented and mature musicians with professional equipment including PA, looking for a second strong voice who can sing lead and harmonize. Playing rhythm guitar is a plus but not required. We play an eclectic mix of songs from a variety of genres and eras; we play what we like. We have a large and very comfortable space with a full kitchen that we use for our practice location. We typically practice Thursday or Friday evenings in a party atmosphere with food and drink. No drugs or drama allowed. Any age, either sex, as long as you are good, like to make music and have fun. Drop us a note. I'm quite varied in my musical tastes - with the exception of most of the current auto-tune, hip-hop, dub-step junk... it does nothing for me at all and I'm proud to say that I cut my teeth in music and songwriting through the 70's and 80's. I do some open tunings - and in fact, play nothing but DADGAD tuning when overlaying tracks on my studio stuff when I play live. Long story behind that involving a broken left ring finger many years back that opened my mind to a whole different harmony of overlay in my guitar work that simply - works!
