We are looking for crew members to join our crew in the 2022 landscape season. We are looking for dependable and professional people to join our crew and perform general landscape tasks within the company. You will be mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, installing mulch, trimming trees, installing trees and shrubs. This position requires you to work outside in the elements including sun, rain, snow, wind, etc. Starting pay is $15 per hour but we pay additional compensation based on performance. Top performers have the ability to make $17-20 per hour. We also share 10% profit with our employees every quarter just for showing up and being dependable. Please note: we are still waiting on the weather to fully warm up before we start back up again full time. It may be 1-3 weeks before we get you started after filling out paperwork and getting you onboard.
