Full time Commercial Roofing Estimator with Technical Sales and Marketing experience for selling and estimating of commercial roofing systems. Responsibilities include: prepare detailed estimates, negotiate contractual agreements, organize bid documents, conduct site visits as necessary, cold calls, networking, and presentations to Architects, Engineers, Building Owners and Contractors.

Full time Commercial Roofing Estimator with Technical Sales and Marketing experience for selling and estimating of commercial roofing systems
Responsibilities include: prepare detailed estimates, negotiate contractual agreements, organize bid documents, conduct site visits as necessary, cold calls, networking, and presentations to Architects, Engineers, Building Owners and Contractors
Identify project labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, written specifications and related documents
Conduct site visits and attends pre-bid meetings to understand project scope
Commercial roofing estimating experience (BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems)
Manage Subcontractors
Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents and the Pre-Construction team to maintain relationships with existing clients and subcontractors
Collaborate with the client to help them achieve their project cost budget through consideration of plan details, alternate material/finishes and building methods.
