Talon Landscaping Inc. is a well-established, well-respected excavation and landscaping company specializing in pool construction and hardscaping but are not limited to that scope of work. Our services offered are predominantly within Morris, Warren and Sussex counties. We are hiring skilled foreman/operators, masons and laborers to build cohesive job site teams that work well together. Experience is preferred and compensated but eagerness to learn will be trained. We are seeking to fill the positions for immediate hire of long-term full-time employees. (TEMPORARY WORKERS NEED NOT APPLY.) We offer the following services: Commercial snow removal, installation of interlocking paving stones, block retaining walls, lumber retaining walls, foundations, custom hardscaping such as sitting walls, drainage solutions, landscape installation, grading, excavation and concrete demolition. We work 12 months a year weather permitting with no slowdown in the winter. The following are requirements for the positions include: Legal work status (you will be required to furnish all necessary supporting documentation) Valid and clean driver's license record Reliable means of transportation to and from the “fleet yard” Smart phone Ability to read, write and speak English (bilingual a plus) Ability to work 40 hours a week Desired skills listed below: *Operate skid steer/mini excavator *Stone Coping Installation *Stone Veneer Installation *Paver Patio Installatio *Glass & Ceramic Tile Installation *Cutting Pool Tile, Pavers and Coping *Able to use power tools & machinery *Team management a plus ***Hardscape professionals who are highly experienced, you must be able to lead a crew ensuring that work is done in a timely fashion and all laborers that are assigned to your project are producing throughout the workday. We offer: Minimum of 30 hours/week. Overtime paid at 1.5 times hourly rate.
