Renovating of upscale townhomes. Responsibilities Include: Cleaning and preparing site. Loading and unloading materials and equipment. Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties. Follow instructions from supervisors and tradespeople. Qualifications: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Operate hand tools safely. Ability to stand, bend, lift, throughout shift.
