MEMCO Harlingen is Hiring Superintendent!!!   Location: RGV Compensation:Based of Experience     Job Summary Will be capable of managing field operations for commercial construction projects Will likely be stand-alone but can also be a team member on a larger/complex project Will be located in the field Will be required to be compliant with all company policies and procedures Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED Competent reading, writing, and communication skills Competent understanding of plans and specifications Competent math and quantity take-off skills OSHA 10 hour and/or OSHA 30 hour trained Basic Computer Skills Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience Demonstrate commercial project experience up to $10M Basic Responsibilities & Duties Direct supervision of all field activities and logistics Provide schedule input, management, and tracking Leads all foreman meetings Leads all preconstruction meetings Schedules all compliance inspections Direct supervision of self-performed work Purchasing of miscellaneous materials Manages general conditions and self-performed budgets Direct supervision of quality control and punch list process Direct supervision of safety and environmental policies and reporting Review Submittals & Shop Drawings for coordination in the field Initiate RFI’s in the field Provide required project reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) Assist Project Manager with validation of subcontractor pay applications and change orders Assist Project Manager managing client relationship
