in need of babysitter

I just started work and in need of a babysitter for mayb some date night overnights and I work Monday Wednesday Thursday Friday and Saturday. It be a pm shift from weekdays 400 pm to 930 pm and weekends 3 to 11 pm off Sundays and Tuesdays. Have 3 kids 2 boys 1 girl 3 7 and 10 can either go to u or u can come here. Either way I just dk what to do at this point I have been trying please someone help
