We invite you to enjoy this 2 hour event to help you to heal and renew. We invite you to enjoy this 2 hour event to help you to heal and renew. The evening will begin with Mary Engelbart of Firefly Reiki and Hypnosis leading a chakra clearing hypnosis and guided meditation. This will be followed by a sound healing session, using a variety of gongs and crystal singing bowls for a multi-sensory experience led by Ron Uttke, sound healer, Reiki Practitioner and Shamanic Healer. Please bring a yoga mat and/or pillow & blanket. Please arrive 15 minutes early, no one will be allowed in once we have started. The location can be a bit tricky to find so be sure to give yourself plenty of time.
