Job Description The Montgomery Menards is now looking for Permanent Cashiers, Cart Attendants, Morning Stockers and Salesfloor Team Members Ideal candidates will be: Must be 18 years old and a high school graduate.Going to college locallyAble to work evening, day and weekend shifts.Detail‐oriented.Friendly and outgoing.Able to work independently or in a team.Self‐motivated.Comfortable using computers and office equipment.Able to tactfully deal with Guests and Team Members.Experienced in the retail and/or service industries.Comfortable handling money transactions. This position is available 7 days a week. Scheduled shifts could be as early as 6 am and throughout the day and evening until 9 or 10 pm. Typical shifts are 4 to 6 hours, but are not limited to that. Premium pay on the weekends is an extra $3.00 / hour. As a part-time Team Member, you are not scheduled 40 hours per week on a regular basis.
