Assistant VP, Facilities Management Pay Rate: 120k-130k with benefits Location: Brooklyn NY Position Description: The AVP, Facilities Management is responsible for the operational performance of 13 facilities throughout Manhattan, The Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens. The AVP also provides recommendations to senior management regrading policies and procedures that affect the department. Must meet all Requirements: * Must be on call 24 hours, 7 days a week. * Experience coordinating complex schedules and operations at multiple locations simultaneously * Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of facilities leadership and management responsibilities. Building Supervisor Director Location: Manhattan, NY Shift: Full-Time; Tuesday – Saturday Pay Rate: High $80s – Low $90s with benefits Position Description: Implement and monitor programs to maximize revenue, control expense, improve customer satisfaction and manage on-site personnel. Manage all of the maintenance needs of assigned community to ensure the physical condition of the community. Must meet all Requirements: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. * Must have 5 years of multi-family property management or building maintenance experience performing the duties of Maintenance Technician.
