This policy, created by HIMSS and now adoped by CSOHIMSS, set an important standard for how to gather large groups safely and securely. Therefore, CSOHIMSS will also proceed with a Vaccination Required approach for all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and HIMSS staff. In practice, this means all conference attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and CSOHIMSS board members are to be be fully vaccinated in order to gain access to the CSOHIMSS conference. For the purposes of right of entry to this event, at this time, a person is considered fully vaccinated: 2 weeks after their second dose in two dose series, such as the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine Additionally, CSOHIMSS strongly encourages all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and HIMSS staff members to obtain vaccine booster doses in compliance with the latest United States Centers for Disease Control guidance. HIMSS has developed its overall HIMSS22 Health and Safety requirements, including the Right of Entry policies, with due consideration for prevailing public health guidance, legal guidelines, and industry practices. REFUND POLICYRefund requests received more than seven days prior to this conference, will be honored and will receive a full refund of the registration payment. There will be NO refund for cancellations received less than seven days prior to any CSOHIMSS conference.
