We're looking to share our lockout rehearsal space in the Scientific Laboratories building, on Newel street in Greenpoint. The room is roughly 20 x 12, with central heat & AC, a good PA system and a backline (bass head/ cabinet and drum kit) that we don't mind sharing, if you need it. Access is 24 / 7, and the building is very safe and only accessible via key code entry.
It's a great facility, and one of the last rehearsal buildings left in the city.
We'd prefer a solo musician looking for a room to write / record / rehearse, with minimal gear, but are open to other possible arrangements. Days / hours are very flexible, so let's talk about what you need and we can figure out what makes sense in terms of cost sharing.
