My brother is losing his marbles a little. I’m worried he may be mixed up with the wrong people (con artists) who could be taking advantage of him. I know his “friends” may be taking him to Reno to gamble. They’d be driving through Oregon and Idaho from the Spokane area. He’s a very average, older and bloated white male. He’s 5’8” (but claims to be 5’9”). He answers to the name Steven. He’s lazy so you won’t see him pumping gas or anything, he’ll be letting others do all the work.
