Porter needed to service a duplex in the South Bronx. Great for someone looking for steady income and near the Freeman St stop on 2/5 trains. Must be reliable, punctual, and thorough. Duties: 1. Weekly garbage and recycling sorting and curb put out for three 60-gallon bins (every Tuesday evening before 4pm) 2. Sweep and clean up loose trash on exterior steps, yard (space in front of garage doors), sidewalk, and gutters up to 5ft in front of the building 3. Snow/ ice removal and clean up to 4 hours after snow stops 4. Sweeping of small interior hallway and 1 flight of stairs 2 times a month 5. Recycling of junk mail left in lobby every week 7. Washing of garbage bins every 3 months Ready to hire. Payments will be made every week via Zelle or PayPal. Flexible to also adding allowance to purchase materials (garbage bags, salt). Shovel, brooms, etc provided.
