Each month we invite a craft brewer to share their story and the crafting of the 6 beers you'll be sampling from their collection. Each month we invite a craft brewer to share their story and the crafting of their beers while you sample 6 beers from their collection. Meet Brian and Ellen Bullard, the founders of ONCO as they share their story of hops to fermentation while you sample 6 of their craft brews. They may be new on the beer scene but are at the top of their game with a gold and silver medal from the 2022 New York State Brewers Association Competition! When: April 7th (first Thursday of the month) Where: The Tasting Room at Epicuse Arrive by 6:00p, we'll start by 6:15p | Food available to order from our Bistro Menu. Must be 21+ to participate
