Hello! Our team is growing and we're looking for creatives who want flexible work that is perfect for their busy schedule. You may not have considered getting into real estate but this sales position is one where you can work from anywhere, meet lots of cool people, and help others find their dream apartment! We're a super laid back group of artists who wear anything, lead with kindness, and want a drama-free environment. We also throw super awesome shows throughout North Brooklyn! Must be: - personable - have good writing skills - ability to take good photos (on phone or with camera) - have a Facebook Account - stay organized The way it works: 1. Apartments in Bushwick, Flatbush, Bed-Stuy, Park Slope, and Crown Heights will be posted to a list. 2. You will be paid $35 to go to the apartment to take photos and videos. 3. You will post those to Facebook Groups, Craigslist, and Roomie. 4. You will schedule an appointment with qualified prospects. 5. You'll meet with them to show them the apartment. 6. Once they sign the lease, you will receive 50% commission on one month's rent. (ie; if it's a $3200 apartment, you will receive $1600). It's not unusual to rent more than one apartment a week during the late spring and summer which can be quite a significant amount of money! Interviews are being held on Wednesday morning.
