HPS is a Property Construction and Maintenance company in the Flathead Valley. We are currently seeking talented, driven applicantes for commercial/HOA Landscape maintenance and Commercial Snow Services. Our work environment is professional, friendly and fun. Position Summary: Landscape: Professionally maintain and care for commercial/hoa lawns. Tasks include mowing, spring cleanups, edging, mulching, proper pruning, shearing, weed management in landscape beds, fall cleanups, etc. If needed, assist installation crews. Lead and manage a team of 1 to 2 people to deliver high-quality results, on-time and within budget. Operate zero-turn mowers, string trimmer, leaf vacuum, leaf blower, power shears, and other small-engine equipment, along with basic hand tools. Operating truck and trailer Maintenance of Equipment and supplies Snow Services: Adaptable to shift change. Generally, 11pm-7am. Lead and manage a team of 1 to 2 people to deliver high-quality results, on-time and within budget Operating v-plow, back blades, zero-turn snowblower, skid steer, Loaders, various shovels, and deicing equipment. Working on equipment. Shoveling Sidewalks Fast-paced work environment Operating truck and trailer Managing salt supplies loading at the vendor site. Maintenance of Equipment and supplies Position Requirements: -Manual dexterity, physical strength, and stamina. -Attention to individual and team safety. -Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. -On-time and that can work full 40-hour weeks consistently -Reliable transportation that doesn't prevent you from coming to work. -Able to lift 50lbs -Presentable with clients -Attention to detail and efficiency with work -Good driving record -Very Communicative. -Drug and alcohol-free work environment.
