Gentlemen couple offering to TRADE a beautiful 1 bedroom furnished apartment to one highly skilled Property caretaker. In Exchange, you would do all general Property maintenance inside and outside, cleaning, minor repairs, housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professionally assist gentlemen couple anywhere needed 30 hours each week. Any working hours above the 30 weekly- would be paid per hour.
Luxury apartment is only for the 1 person at No rental cost in Trade of your working 30 hours each week.
Requires professional appearance, detailed background check, drug and nicotine screen.
