WISE Utah Power Play - A Fireside Chat with Catherine Raney-Norman As part of Women's History Month, WISE Utah proudly presents an Fireside Chat with Catherine Raney-Norman, Chair, Salt Lake City - Utah Committee for the Games. Join Catherine and other Utah Sports Leaders to discuss Utah's Olympic future. Utah recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Since that time, through the support of the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation and other supporters, the venues have remained operational, updated and ready to host the world again. Catherine Raney-Norman is a four-time Olympian with more than twenty years of Olympic and Paralympic sports experience. Her career has touched on a host of national governing bodies including U.S. Speed Skating, U.S. Ski & Snowboard, U.S. Biathlon, United States Association for Blind Athletes, and USA Climbing She is an innovative and visionary team builder and was appointed Chair of the Salt Lake City - Utah Committee for the Games. She will share her outlook on the current state of the Olympic movement and share her vision for bringing the Games back to Utah. This event is free to WISE Utah members and we encourage everyone to bring a friend or potential new member. We look forward to hosting our members again at our first in-person event of 2022, at one of Utah's premiere Olympic Venues, the Utah Olympic Oval.
